I
Wasn't Always Overweight
I never really had to watch my weight until I had my first
child. I was a size 8 and never gave what I ate a second thought.
Then, after my first child was born, I realized I had put on almost 60-lbs
during my pregnancy (Yeah, I took that "eating for two" thing seriously!)

Line - Is it worth it? You bet.
I've done probably every diet plan out there at one time or another
and this is the first that I truly felt changed over. After I saw

Seriously, this
program would have been 5 stars in my book. She covers almost everything
and the only thing I thought was missing was more help in the food
department. The Create a Meal planner is awesome though because we
all know, it's really hard to stick to your new healthy lifestyle
if the whole family isn't supporting you. My kids initially resisted
but they really enjoy being involved in the meal planning and I've
even heard them talking about what they have learned about healthy
eating to their friends.

Bottom Line on this Program-This
was in the close running to be my favorite program. The work outs
are simple and easy. I can literally get up and do them during my

thought out program that will give you great results, they claim 9-lbs
in 11 days, my average has been a very steady 2-4-lbs a week and that's
